Project Management Lead (US) | Airport and Airline Solutions

Project Management Lead (US) | Airport and Airline Solutions
Location: United States - Remote, US East Coast preferred
Department: Project Management
Reports to: CEO, Sittig Technologies Inc.
Travel: Approximately 20 percent within North AmericaYour Role
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering and scaling our core product: automated announcement systems for airports and airlines.
You will lead complex implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and early operations, while also establishing the structure, processes, and standards for project delivery in North America.
This role combines project leadership, customer ownership, and team coordination, with significant autonomy and impact.
What You Will Do
Own project delivery

Lead end to end delivery of customer projects with typical durations of three to nine months

Plan timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality
Manage complex stakeholder environments

Coordinate with airports, airlines, integrators, IT departments, and internal expert teams

Align technical, operational, and customer requirements

Identify risks early and actively manage them
Lead and coordinate the team

Manage and guide a small US based technical/PM team of two people

Allocate resources effectively across projects

Support the growth and development of the team as the US organization expands
Own customer relationships during delivery

Act as the main point of contact throughout project implementation and onboarding

Build strong and long term relationships with customers

Ensure successful system adoption after deployment
Build structure and processes

Establish scalable project management processes, tools, and best practices

Work closely with experienced technical teams in Germany

Bring structure and clarity without creating unnecessary complexity
What You Bring

Approximately five or more years of experience in project management within software, IT, or technical environments
-
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to coordinate technical teams without needing deep technical expertise

Solid understanding of IT systems and integrations

Comfort working in an international environment across US and European teams
Nice to have

Experience in aviation, airport environments, or infrastructure projects

Experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementations

Initial leadership or team coordination experience
